Things to Ask Your Asian Wedding Photographer!
When it comes to Asian wedding who else can capture it better than Asian wedding photographer. Yes, it seems a small issue but well capturing photographs, and that too in a way you wish has never been so easy. One should always take care of different things when it comes to choosing a wedding photographer.
Usually, Asian weddings are long, full of colors and have different kind of rituals. Everything has to be covered and that too with utmost care. Off course a great photographer can do this, then why choose an Asian for such a task? Well, being an Asian he will know certain things. Like the rituals to be followed, the culture and all. So he can understand the things in a better way. He knows what to capture and what can be left. He will respect your culture just as you do!
You should always look for an experienced photographer. Well this does not mean I am all against the ones that are new in industry but are fairly good. When I say he must be experienced it means he should know the photography stuff, he should be able to walk the talk instead of only talk the talk.
Always check for the stuff he has been clicking. Ask for a sample copy always. Look out for his best photographs and choose accordingly.
Remember to meet the photographer always in advance. Do not leave that meeting and finalizing part to one of your friends or family members. Remember this is your wedding and you should meet the photographer individually.
Finalize the venue and ask the photographer to click some pre venue details so that you may capture each and every detail of it. You should tell the photographer who are the important people in your wedding. Imagine your best friend’s photograph not being clicked with you. I can’t even imagine that situation. So just remember to point out those people who are close and you like their photographs to be taken nicely (doesn’t mean he won’t click other photographs).
Make sure the photographer is using latest technology camera and lens. He should know some photography software too. You do not wish to end up like an old fashioned bride, do you?
Details are very important when you wish to have a wedding photography done. Ask your Asian wedding photographer about details. Tell him how much detail you are looking for and in what perspective. It is always necessary to make the things clear from your as well as his point of view.

The Wedding $24.79 Oneida have become one of the more rewarding groups in experimental music in the mid-2000s, since they’re so unfailingly curious about all their detours. Catatonic psych-rock, heavy blues dirge, post-punk, garage, the anxious blipping of a vintage keyboard — it’s all fair territory for them. 2005′s Wedding is no different. Hanoi Jane, Kid Millions, and Bobby Matador drop some inventive pop with “You’re Drifting” and “High Life,” two songs with real melodies that still manage the unlikely instrumentation and the misdirection you’ve come to expect. A violin punctuates an exalted ending chorus, blurry organs wail, and — of course — someone pisses in Prospect Park. Both songs are like more lucid versions of those Eric Gaffney contributions on Sebadoh’s old albums. (“Holy Picture” on III being just one example.) But that’s only one facet of Wedding. Speaking of violins, the album begins with “Eiger,” where the Swiss mountaintop becomes a place for proclamations to pretty German girls and a full chamber quartet. “Run Through My Hair” matches a brittle mandolin to electric guitar stabs and treated drums for some great psyche weirdness, while “Heavenly Choir” is some clammy sewer drain version of 1970s boogie rock, like an alternate universe Edgar Winter Group. None of these tangents sound forced, or made for the sake of being screwy. Instead they’re twisty vines off a central root. So when Oneida opens the nearly eight-minute “Beginning Is Nigh” with a light saber warble and some steadily building organ, you know you’re in for a ride. Unfortunately, you’re not — there’s a guy mumbling, and a guitar making some noise, but nothing really happens. That’s okay, though. Oneida come right back with “August Morning Haze,” which brings the strings back to match wits with the liquid tones of a Rhodes and some more impressive vocal harmonies. Wedding might not be Oneida’s most way-out album, but it’s as satisfyingly restless as anything in their catalog. ~ Johnny Loftus, Rovi Performers: Barry London – Sitar; Brian Coughlin – Double Bass; Leigh Stuart – Cello; Marla Hansen – Viola, Violin; Adam Davison – Guitar; Amond Davison – Guitar; Brad Truax – Bass, Guitar (Bass); Chris Turco – Drums; Cornelius Dufallo – Violin; |

Wedding in Paris / Can-Can (Original London Casts) $12.78 At first glance, the musicals Wedding in Paris and Can-Can seem to share one characteristic that makes them an appropriate pairing on a single CD: Paris. Actually, however, while Can-Can, with a score by Cole Porter, is set in Paris, Wedding in Paris, which features songs by composer Hans May and lyricist Sonny Miller, takes place on a liner crossing the Atlantic to France. The more important factor that the two shows have in common is that both were produced in London in 1954, Can-Can following a successful Broadway opening, while Wedding in Paris originated in the West End. The date is especially important because, 50 years later, the original London cast recordings for the two shows fell out of copyright in Europe, and Sepia Records stepped in quickly to assemble this unlicensed reissue. As Rexton S. Bunnett acknowledges in his liner notes, only half of the score of Wedding in Paris was recorded, eight tracks with a running time of less than 27 minutes. The British Can-Can had all of its principal songs put on disc, but in abbreviated form; its 13 tracks here clock in at just over 29 minutes. (The CD is filled out to 78 minutes by including medleys of the music from Wedding in Paris and a few stray singles by performers from the casts.) There are also certain musical similarities that make the two sets of recordings a good match. May, an expatriate Viennese living in London, is, not surprisingly, more interested in writing waltz music than Porter, but Miller gives him some witty lyrics in songs such as “A Man Is a Man” and “Strike Another Match” that offer some competition to Porter’s characteristically clever sense of wordplay. For his part, Porter turns in some memorable melodies in Can-Can, notably “C’est Magnifique,” “It’s All Right with Me,” and “I Love Paris.” And he benefits from the casting of Irene Hilda in the main role of Pistache, who makes a better impression than Lilo did on the original Broadway cast album. Evelyn Laye also impresses in Wedding in Paris, even though she is hamstrung by the elimination of several of her key songs from the recording. This is material that has been out of print for a long time, and Sepia has done an excellent job of putting together a package that shows it off to advantage. ~ William Ruhlmann, Rovi Performers: Michael Kidd – Staging; London Hippodrome Chorus – Choir, Chorus; Alain Gabriel – Vocals; Aleta Morrison – Vocals; Alfred Marks – Vocals; Anton Walbrook – Vocals; |
